Slow Cooker Brisket & Onions


• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 yellow onion, sliced
• 1 red onions, sliced
• 3 1/2 pounds beef brisket
• 6 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cups beef broth
• 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 3 tablespoon soy sauce

1.Combine ingredients in Slow Cooker (ours is Hamilton Beach). Cover and cook in the slow cooker on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, until the brisket is very tender. Let rest on the warm setting for 30 minutes before serving.

2. Use the sauce to make a gravy by pouring in a saucepan over medium-high heat and adding flour SLOWLY until the sauce has thicken to your liking. Serve on a platter and enjoy!
